Built entirely in wood (double supporting wood walls with thermo-isolation between them). The work was first imagined as an office space for a company engaged in selling motor boats and as storage space for these boats in the winter. Later on, the destination of the space was changed in villeggiatura for the employees of the company. The watch tower was inspired by a Frank Gehry project in Venice Beach, California.
