The apartment was presented in the specialized magazine Casa Lux in 2005. It was also presented during the TV show Architectural in the summer of 2005 and also on The Money Channel in 2007. Its owner wanted the functional rethinking of the apartment as opposed to the initial plan and, due to the resistance structure of the building, he succeeded in doing so. All the walls not involved in the resistance were torn down and so the apartment was divided in a new formula. The initial living became matrimonial bedroom and the balcony, a very generous space, the kitchen and the access lobby have been turned into a living and open kitchen. However, the functional change did not affect the number of rooms.
